Our guarantee is plain and simple. All we ask is that each Rocket Retail client participate in our One Day onsite Internet Marketing Course (Optional), to ensure they have a solid understanding of launching and marketing a successful online store. Here's how it works:
After 12 Months of trading Online using the Rocket Retail Shopping Cart Software, if the total turn-over from your Rocket Retail Online Store is less then AU$50,000, you can choose to discontinue your Rocket Retail Subscription and we will refund your Rocket Retail Implementation fee in full.
In the unlikely event that you choose to end your Rocket Retail Subscription, you will also be given a copy of your Website Database (MySQL Format) and a copy of the front-end of your website (supplied on CD).
Our Money Back Guarantee is only valid if the Rocket Retail Subscriber chooses not to continue using Rocket Retail after the first 12 Month period, attended the optional One Day onsite Internet Marketing Course, and has a turn-over of less then AU$50,000 in the first year. Subscribers are not eligible to claim the Money Back Guarantee if they renew their Subscription with Rocket Retail after the 12th month of trading.
