Chris Jack
Managing Director
Capitalising on a database software development background over the past seven years, Chris established an internet based data recovery company www.datarevive.com in 2002. Due to his diligent focus on internet marketing and search engine optimization, this quickly became a very profitable and successful company attracting clients from all over the world.
Within three months of launching DataRevive the site was generating more profit per month than Chris had earnt in the entire previous year. This from 100% search engine marketing efforts, and consequently zero real advertising and marketing costs.
In fact, the web site was so lucrative that it became possible very early on to employ additional staff and establish several other companies. One of which was Blink Dating www.blinkdating.com.au, launched in February 2003 and already one of the leading speed dating services in Australia. This success was again driven by an emphasis on search engine marketing and internet presence.
Rocket Retail was born in December 2002, and was invented from the ground up to mimic the successes of his other ventures, by incorporating these ‘search engine secrets’ into the architecture of the shopping cart.
